A great realtor

Tammy is an EXCEPTIONAL Realtor. I have purchased three homes in my life, and she is absolutely the BEST realtor that I have ever worked with. We have looked for a house on the lake for over three years and it wasn't until we choose Tammy to be our realtor that our Dream came true. She let us know a couple of weeks before our house was "officially listed". Tammy provided us with a list of Mortgage Brokers and before the house was on the market officially, we were approved for the mortgage. We looked at the house on Day 1 and submitted our offer and the Buyer accepted. If it wasn't for Tammy's talent and knowledge of Real Estate this house would have been purchased by someone else and we would have missed our Dream Home. When it came to negotiation skills she looked out for our best interest and made suggestions that we did not think of. She was a head of the game when it came to the Appraisal and the VA Inspector. There were no repairs that had to be corrected prior to closing. If it wasn't for her knowledge and professionalism, we would not have closed in 29 days. After the passing of my mother in January 2024, I was seeking the expertise of a local Realtor to help our Family list and market my parents' home they had loved & occupied for more than four decades.
